Baptistry Hire Prices
Hires still at 2020 prices
Delivery. There is still a ‘Standard Carriage Fee‘ for the mainland UK, but there is a £10 discount for hires in Lancashire, Yorkshire, East Midlands, and West Midlands to prevent churches there being over-charged.
In Wales, the counties of Conwy, Denbighshire, Flint and Wrexham would get the discount, as would all CF, NP and HR postcodes. Montgomeryshire has the best deal of all because that’s where our depot is! Cysylltwch ni!
Use the tables below to calculate your hire & carriage fee. All hire prices already include VAT.
Or use the booking form at the foot of this page and we will do the workings out and email you the completed paperwork and pro-forma invoice.
Payments for hires can be made by BACS, online banking, card over the phone or by cheque (please note, we can no longer accept cheques over £1000).

Save money, reduce the risk of Covid transmission and of leaks – buy and keep your own liner .
Buy your own baptistry liner and get £50 off each hire. Aside from the saving for each hire, you also have the peace of mind of knowing that the liner hasn’t run the risks associated with being hired and couriered.
Prices for plain blue liners (0.5mm gauge), with free delivery: Nonagon liner £100, Croydon (10-sided) £110, Flat-pack Galilee £130 (all prices without VAT).
The hire is for all necessary equipment: a baptistry; heater (if ordered); pipe for filling and emptying; tap adaptors; an electric pump for emptying; insulating cover; basepads to protect floor and liner, and a step for in the water (additional steps may be available if requested). Full instructions are also enclosed. The only thing you may want to supply yourself is a hosepipe; our piping can be used to fill but is designed primarily for emptying the baptistry. We normally send the baptistries in a combination of card board boxes for the panels, and plastic crates for the kit. These are on a pallet.
The carrier generally give an estimated time window for delivery or collection. The address for delivery and collection needs to be staffed 9-5 on the days of delivery and collection. If this is not possible, use a home or work address. If arranged before despatch, it is possible to have different delivery and collection addresses.
Our full terms can be found here Terms and Conditions of Hire. Terms and Conditions of Hire.
Heaters are sent out with DPD. Baptistries are sent out via a pallet service.
The 5 boxes for the baptistry will arrive on one pallet, so it is unlikely any part will go astray.
- If you cannot accommodate a pallet, don’t worry as the driver can take it away. For the return collection, re-box the baptistry as it came to you and seal the boxes. The driver will collect them and re-palletise them for you.
- If you can take in the pallet and, after the hire, can re-box the baptistry, put on the pallet as it arrived and the driver will pallet wrap it back at the depot.
Customers local to our depot in Mid-Wales may wish to use a ‘man-and-a-van’ service or to collect and return in person, this can save a lot of faff for both sides. Please contact us to discuss this: 0345 230 1381 or via the contact sheet below.
Cut-off point for despatches

Items can be sent out after this time but they may not arrive in time. For heaters, there is the option of them being sent by Royal Mail for a higher delivery charge.
If you know the pool you want and would like to pay to an invoice, please fill in the form below and we will email you the completed paperwork. If you hear nothing within 2 working days, please email us at email@example.com
