Orthodox Baptistry

Baptismal font suitable for adult and infant baptism.

The ‘Father and Son’ is a baptistry designed for the local Orthodox Church, in consultation with the Priest.    It is designed to allow adult and infant baptism in line with Orthodox tradition.    The smaller font is 60cm wide and 60cm deep, and the larger font is 90cm wide and 100cm deep.

Frame made to accept cladding. Space beneath for plumbing.

This baptistry is the size of an Altar / Lord’s Table and can be covered with a table top (formed in fibreglass or wood) so that it can be used as an altar when not in use as a baptistry.  The baptistry has a framework to support it and to accept cladding, and there is space beneath for the plumbing.

The table top is 180cm x 110cm and has a large flat area for any Order of Service.  The height of the unit and frame is 116cm.  The baptistry can accept a plugged waste, please let us know if you want an overflow or additional fittings before we mould.
